How can we help?

Find the right page, get answers from BlueAI, or contact the BlueQbit team. This guide covers the information available on the website; individual services depend on your account and their current availability.

1. Find your way around

Use the website menu to explore the platform and its services.

2. Sign in or register

Open the account page and choose Login or Register. If you cannot sign in, use the password-reset option on that page.

Open Login / Register →

Never send passwords, recovery codes or wallet private keys by email or in the BlueAI chat.

3. Ask BlueAI

Tap Text AI at the top left, type your question and press Send. To use the 3D robot, tap Activate AI if it is disabled, then tap the robot to use voice recognition where your browser supports it.

BlueAI can answer questions covered by its local BlueQbit knowledge base even when the paid AI service is unavailable. It may not know the answer to unrelated or account-specific questions.

Blockchain Passport

A short overview first. Open the guide only when you need the detailed steps.

How does the Blockchain Passport work?

The Blockchain Passport gives an agreed shipment its own verifiable smart-contract record on Ethereum. BlueQbit handles the shipment-to-wallet links automatically; users should never copy private keys or recovery phrases into BlueQbit.

  1. Agree the shipment. The Shipper selects a Carrier and both parties agree the commercial terms.
  2. Lock the Settlement Revision. Both Shipper and assigned Carrier must confirm the same revision. Passport authorization remains unavailable until that revision is Locked by both parties.
  3. Register the Carrier wallet once. While signed in as the Carrier, connect the intended MetaMask account and explicitly choose Register as Carrier wallet. BlueQbit stores only the public Ethereum address in the Carrier profile. Changing accounts in MetaMask does not silently replace the registered Carrier identity.
  4. Authorize the Passport as Shipper. The Shipper opens Blockchain Passport, selects the shipment and chooses Authorize Blockchain Passport. The secure backend verifies the Shipper, assigned Carrier and locked Settlement Revision before opening Wallet Mode.
  5. BlueQbit retrieves the Carrier wallet automatically. Wallet Mode resolves the assigned Carrier from the shipment and loads the public Ethereum wallet registered to that Carrier profile. The Shipper does not need to copy or type the Carrier address.
  6. Connect the Shipper wallet. In Wallet Mode choose Connect / Authorize MetaMask and select the Shipper's Ethereum account. Check that the Shipper and Carrier addresses are the intended identities and are not accidentally the same wallet.
  7. Create the Passport on Ethereum. Choose Create Passport on Ethereum and review the MetaMask transaction. Passport creation transfers no settlement funds and its transaction value is fixed at 0, but Ethereum network gas must still be paid in ETH by the Shipper wallet. Gas varies with network conditions, so the wallet must contain enough ETH before confirmation.
  8. The Passport address is captured automatically. After Ethereum confirms the Factory transaction, a new smart-contract address (0x…) is created for that shipment. BlueQbit receives that address and attaches it to the shipment automatically; the user does not need to copy or upload the contract address.
  9. Verify the Passport. Return to Blockchain Passport and select the shipment. BlueQbit loads the Passport contract address when available. Choose Verify Passport to read the blockchain record. Verification is read-only and requires no transaction or gas.

Carrier and Shipper responsibilities

The assigned Carrier controls the physical transport milestones in BlueQbit: Picked Up → In Transit → Delivered. The Shipper confirms final receipt/completion. These actions are recorded in the BlueQbit shipment timeline.

Blockchain milestone status: automatic Carrier-wallet retrieval for Passport creation is operational. Direct writing of the transport milestones to the Ethereum Passport is a separate integration step; until enabled, the BlueQbit shipment timeline remains the operational source for those journey milestones.

Wallet safety: BlueQbit only stores public Ethereum addresses. Never enter or share a MetaMask recovery phrase, seed phrase or private key. Always review the selected MetaMask account, Ethereum network and estimated gas before confirming a transaction.

Common questions

Why does BlueAI say it has no local answer?

The offline assistant answers from BlueQbit's stored information. Try asking about the company, its founder, CargoCoin, smart contracts or website navigation. For an issue with your account, contact support.

Can I use the robot in different languages?

BlueAI has local answers in several languages. Type your question in your preferred language. Spoken replies also depend on which speech voices your browser or device provides.

How do I return to the website menu?

Tap Deactivate AI at the top right. Use Activate AI whenever you want to show the robot again. The Text AI button opens or closes the written conversation.
